UK RETURNS

At Saintsville, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. However, we incur cost with every headband we make and send, as such we do not offer returns for items unless they arrive damaged. 

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, you have up to 14 days from receiving the item to inform us at contact@saintsville.co.ukYou must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return. We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy. Damaged items must not have been worn and returned in their original packaging. Once received, Saintsville will inspect the product and inform you whether you are eligible for a refund. 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. At this time, the cost of the returns must be paid by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
As above, for any eligible returns, please ensure you state on any customs documentation that the retail value is zero, we do not accept returns which require any custom charges.
We recommend using a tracking service and all shipping costs are of the responsibility of the buyer. Please note, original international custom taxes and sales charges will not be refunded.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & SUBSTITUTIONS 

We strive to ensure that all items listed on our website are available for purchase. However, in the event that a headband, hair tie or detachable collar is out of stock, we reserve the right to replace it with a similar item featuring a slight variation in design, pattern, or color. We will always ensure that any substituted product maintains the same quality and overall aesthetic as the original.
